For me, the meaning of art in my life is all-important.
Being a painter and the processes of painting and drawing, define me. I have a passion for painting and drawing and all activities associated with them. For example I love to sketch and plan what I will paint.
Also, I paint and draw out of a need to do so.
I need to breathe and I need to paint.
The appreciation of artwork is extremely important to me.
Often, just the act of viewing artwork that I adore transports me to a state of joyousness.
