Street Team at the Summer Fairs

With all of the summer fairs coming up: the Brooklyn Flea in Fort Greene, the BUST Spring Fling Craftacular at the Warsaw in Greenpoint, Renegade in Williamsburg, and everything else in between, our {NewNew} Team members that hope to be vendors at these events came together to work on some signage for the team to use at the events and hang in our booth.

Cakehouse was lovely to host as Beadscarf, DewOnAPetal, Dripstick, EmilyEJewelry, Fubabee, HamsaCustomCrafts, Honorata, JTStitches, KimmChi, Metalsugar, MiraArtz, Mtlopez9, and NordeaSoaperie came together with sewing machines, fabric scraps and fusible web to make their Team Banner.

Everyone, cut, sewed, ironed or placed the banner together to create this fantastic striking piece - a lovely blue patchwork with decorative appliques with the New York City Skyline rising above in a bold black. Can you believe Martin hand painted those perfect letters!
