Where to Find Handmade in NYC with The {NewNew}

BROOKLYN

This week under the {NewNew} tent at the Fort Greene Brooklyn Flea will be Webbed Ware, EnchantraGirl and Adornments NYC. Be sure to visit {NewNew} member Citybitz as well.

At the {NewNew} space at the Hester Street Fair on Saturday will be Sans Map and Lola Falk.

On August 14 from noon-7pm, join LuCrafts, Mellow Being, Artikal and other {NewNew} folks at New York City's New Yorkiest Blockparty on 7th Street between 1st Avenue and Avenue A.

At the prestigious New York International Gift Fair (wholesale only) our own Woolly Boo and Alexandra Ferguson will be showing their wares.

OFF MANHATTAN

Make sure you visit Governor's Island before the summer's over (which will be way before I'm ready!). Although it pains me to be thinking of December, the Treasure Chest is an excellent place to get a jump start on your holiday gift shopping.

Governor's Island and the NewNew display was wonderful. I went to the island last weekend and I was amazed at how nice the place was. It was a simple trip downtown and next door to the Staten Island Ferry is the Governors Island Ferry. It is a must see location.
