Rain, Rain, Go Away!

For anyone living or visiting in and around New York this week knows that the weather has not been that cooperative.  The skies have been grey, foggy, and filled with raindrops day in and day out -- not the kind of weather we had all hoped for spring!  Alas, here are a few handmade rain and cold weather-inspired goodies that will perk up anyone's day.
