Cavalcade Time!

If you've never been to a Cavalcade, you should really take the opportunity to visit the fifth Holiday Handmade Cavalcade in Williamsburg this weekend. The Cavalcade is not just another holiday fair, it is an amazing team effort organized solely by vendors who are members of the Etsy New York Street Team. One criterion by which vendors are selected to participate in the Cavalcade is their dedication and involvement in promoting our street team.

As Andrea of New York Clocks describes it:
The Cavalcade is special to me because it is 100% member driven with some of the truly best artists and crafters in NYC.
Once the selection has been made there is only one in-person meeting prior to the event that all the artists and designers who are part of the Cavalcade attend. From there on out all the planning and meticulous work that goes into putting this incredible event together takes place in subcommittees and online.

On the day of the Cavalcade everything miraculously comes together. Beth of bshorr handmade explains:
I love the sense of community and working with a group of people who are so talented, creative and motivated!
For a unique community experience and to meet some of our very special team members stop by at the Cavalcade this weekend at The Space, 50 N 3rd St, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. See you there.
